How Does RMS Work With WaiterPOS?
- Charge codes are mapped from WaiterPOS to RMS to connect the two systems.
- When a guest dines in the hotel restaurant or has drinks at the bar, staff select room charge to transfer the bill from the POS to the guest’s room account.
- Once the bill is charged to the room, the bill is closed and moved off the POS.
