Bills from venues or areas, such as restaurants, bars and cafés, are transferred to your guest’s room bill.

Caterbook Integration Features

Room Charge: Transfer food and beverage items to the guest's room bill automatically for settlement on checkout. Portions of bills split in PowerEPOS can also be transferred to the room bill allowing for some items to be charged to the room (such as food) and some paid for up front (such as alcohol).
EOD Reconciliation: PowerEPOS integration supports the sending of non-resident sales to Caterbook, which allows Accommodation, and the F&B split to be reported separately in the End-of-Day report.
Food & Bev Allowance: Provide the option to include a food and beverage allowance for your venue in the accommodation booking. Set it to redeem food and drinks, or just one. If more than the allowance is used, the balance is charged to the room bill. If less than the allowance is used, the remainder is not redeemed.
