Available from September 13, 2021 for PowerEPOS version 2021.09.13.0

Major Updates

PowerEPOS now integrates with the Fidelio/Opera PMS Platform
Customers using the Fidelio/Opera Property Management System can now integrate this with their PowerEPOS POS System. Once integrated, sales made through the POS will flow into your customer's account as room charges, making them available for payment as part of your usual guest check-out process.

Order Pre-Payments
This new button type on your POS touchscreens will firstly allow you to record a pre-payment against an open order on your POS terminal. Secondly, apply the pre-payment and link it to a sales limit on an order so that customers and staff are notified when an order will exceed the pre-paid amount.

Order Credit Limits
Similar to Pre-Payments, credit limits mean you can set a maximum credit value on an order without the customer having to pay in advance.

Special Of The Day
A popular feature for WaiterPOS customers, Special of the Day is now available for PowerEPOS. This new feature will allow you to create and manage your temporary specials from the back office, or grant staff permissions to create and manage them directly through the POS.

Do you need UberEats Integration?
Our UberEats integration work is now complete and we are looking for customers who are interested in using this new integration.

Our native integration means that UberEats orders bypass any human intervention and flow straight into PowerEPOS, then automatically through to production areas. Plus, your UberEats menu can be managed directly from within PowerEPOS System Manager allowing product pricing, images, and food options to be easily edited.

For more information on this integration, please contact our support team.

How to check your PowerEPOS version number
It's important to know your version number to make sure your POS is correctly receiving and implementing updates. Your version number is located bottom left of your screen and will automatically update as your POS receives the latest version updates.
